"You" means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
No Refund Policy
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason except for the following circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Goods:
- If the goods you received are damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- We may require photo evidence of the damaged or defective item(s) for verification purposes.
- If approved, we will arrange for a replacement or repair of the damaged or defective item(s) at no additional cost to you.

Order Cancellation:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, order cancellations will not be accepted.
- If you cancel your order within the specified timeframe, we will provide a full refund.
Please note that the following conditions apply:
- The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returns or exchanges, except in cases of damaged or defective goods as mentioned above.
